I have stayed for 4 nights with my husband. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly pretty clean. The personnel were really helpful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.

Me and my spouse stayed here for 4 days for holidays to exploring the place. Renaissance Lucerne Hotel is located in an exceptionally central posture, it truly is clean as well as the beds are quite comfortable! There is only one issue I’d personally counsel going forward and that is to offer much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. However, We were very pleased with this stay and would definitely suggest it to everyone trying to check out Luzern.

I have stayed for 7 nights with my wife. Beds were comfy and the space was always clean. Staff members have been quite helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was good. Not a really social hotel at least all along our stay.
